Our mission and purpose include preserving the area’s natural environment, protecting the health of the watershed by sponsoring educational programs, monitoring the health of water and wildlife, participating in the enactment of water and shore land regulations, and encouraging responsible use of the irreplaceable resource by and for the citizens.

The Association is managed by a Board of Directors and relies on Member volunteers to contribute and provide input through various committees such as Membership, Finance, Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS), Education, and Communications.
